  • The No-Gap Mouthguard Offer is only available to patients who have private health insurance with dental cover with any Australian health fund.
  • If patient does not have available health fund rebates (including but not limited to situations such as limit reached, item not covered, waiting period), patient can be charged up to $90 to make up the short fall.
  • Offer consists of a professional custom-made mouth guard (code 151) only. If additional adjustments are required, other codes may be used where appropriate at No-Gap as well.

Medicare Child Dental Benefits Schedule Bulk Billed Here

  • The Medicare Child Dental Benefit Schedule (CDBS) came to effect in January 2014 and provides a $1000 dollar quota for roughly 3.4 million Australian children.
  • The scheme is available for those between the ages of 2 and 17 years of age and whose family/carer/guardian currently receive

  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Government scheme and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash or credit.

Health Insured Patients

No-Gap Check-Up and Clean

  • Offer only available to patients who have private health insurance and available health fund rebates for dental cover with any Australian health fund.
  • This offer includes; dental examination (011 or 012), scale and clean (114), fluoride (121), intra-oral x-rays (022 x 2) and unless one or more of these items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the Practitioner.
  • Where eligible, benefits for services provided will be deducted from the patient’s available health fund limits.
  • If patient does not have available health fund rebates (including but not limited to situations such as limit reached, item not covered, waiting period), patient can be charged up to the adult ($149) or kids ($90) dental check-up and clean package fee to make up for the short fall.
  • Health fund limits and rules apply – for more information talk to your health fund.
  • The patient can at any time choose to not have any part of the above treatment plan and the relevant codes will not be processed as part of the appointment. However patients who choose not to have certain parts of the treatment also accepts the risk that comes with not having the complete dental check-up.

Non-Health Insured Patients

Adult Check-Up $149 & Kids Check-Up $90

  • This offer includes; dental examination (011 or 012), scale and clean (114), fluoride (121), intra-oral x-rays (022 x 2) and unless one or more of these items are deemed unsuitable for the patient, in the clinical opinion of the Practitioner.
  • Children 17 years old or under will be eligible for the kids dental check-up and clean package.

  • Please read and sign our Consent Form prior to treatment
  • Participants of this offer are not required to have had a check-up with us directly although a check-up done within the last 6 month is required for your safety. Whitening treatment performed in the presence of dental infections may result in severe sensitivity, damage to oral structure and/or loss of vitality of teeth or gum recession.
  • A dental examination and X-rays (without cleaning) should be performed prior to the whitening procedure and can be done at No-Gap to private health rebate or $85 if participants do not have private dental cover.
  • Grange family dental reserve the right to refuse treatment if it is suspected that gross harm will be done to the patient by performing this procedure.

Take-Home Teeth Whitening Promotion

  • Offer comprises customised take home teeth whitening kit.
  • Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate.
  • Offers subject to appointment availability of product.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Government scheme and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
  • The Take Home Whitening promotion covers individual whitening/fluoride tray (926 x 2), impression/instruction-home whitening (119×2) and the whitening gel (927) deemed appropriate for the patient in the clinical opinion of the practitioner. This may be PolaNight 18% (Carbamide Peroxide) and/or, PolaDay 6% (Hydrogen Peroxide) or other equivalent reputable product. This can come in 2x 3gram syringes or 4x 1.3gram syringes.

Chair-Side Teeth Whitening Promotion

  • Offer comprises customised take home teeth whitening kit.
  • Services will only be provided where clinically necessary and appropriate.
  • Offers subject to appointment availability of product.
  • Offers cannot be used in conjunction with Government scheme and are not substitutable or redeemable for cash.
  • The Chair-Side Whitening promotion covers a single session of chairside professional whitening (code 118) done using either Polaoffice+ (37.5% Hydrogen peroxide) or Opalescence Boost (40% hydrogen peroxide). It usually consist of 2-4 cycles of 10-20 minutes of direct application of the whitening product on the 8-10 front teeth of the top and bottom jaw. These products can be used with or without a light source as per manufacturer’s instruction. Following the chairside cycles, patients will also be given a mini-home kit to follow through the next few days. It is recommended that the home kit be used for best result.
  • The mini-home kit consist of individual whitening/fluoride tray (926 x 2), impression/instruction-home whitening (119×2) and the whitening gel (927) deemed appropriate for the patient in the clinical opinion of the practitioner. This may be PolaNight 18% (Carbamide Peroxide) and/or, PolaDay 6% (Hydrogen Peroxide) or other equivalent reputable product. This can come in 1x 3gram syringes or 2x 1.3gram syringes.
  • Patients may be recommended to have a full exam, x-rays and clean prior to the commencement of teeth whitening for best result. This is not included in the $650 cost and calculated separately.
